To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags attached)
• Returned in their original packaging
• Swimwear must have hygiene labels still attached
• Returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery

We can’t accept items with makeup, perfume, tan, or other marks.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please mark your parcel as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid unnecessary customs fees. Any fees caused by incorrect labelling will be deducted from your refund.

If you are looking to exchange an item, please note you will need to re order your desired product once your original order is returned and refunded. 

Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days and send a confirmation email once it’s done.

If something’s wrong with your order, please email orders@odysseusandpenelope.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can sort it out for you.

All sale items are final sale and can’t be refunded.
