Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 days for us to carefully pack and process your order. Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive your tracking details via email.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers, please note:

  • You may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees when your order arrives in your country.
  • These fees are not included in your shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Fees vary depending on your location — we recommend checking with your local customs office or DHL office for more information.

If you refuse to pay these fees and your parcel is returned to us, we will refund your order deducting shipping costs & return package shipping costs from your refund.

Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues

Once your order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier. While this is rare, Odysseus & Penelope cannot be held responsible for:

  • Lost parcels
  • Stolen parcels
  • Parcels damaged during delivery

We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking and contacting Australia Post (for domestic orders) or DHL Express (for international orders) directly if there are any issues.
