Shipping Within Australia

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $180 AUD.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using FEDEX, ensuring your O&P pieces arrive quickly and securely.

We offer FREE international shipping on all orders over $ 350 AUD.

All Duties & Taxes are calculated at checkout - no unexpected fees upon delivery. 

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

  • All duties & Taxes are calculated & displayed at checkout
  • The price you see at checkout is the price you pay – no surprise fees upon delivery.
  • Seamless, stress-free shipping experience guaranteed.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 days for us to carefully pack and process your order. Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive your tracking details via email.

Duties & Taxes (Rest of the world)

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are established at checkout- No hidden fees or additional costs. 
  • Duties & taxes are included in the product price.
  • Your final fees will be calculated at checkout once your shipping address is put in

Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues

Once your order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier. While this is rare, Odysseus & Penelope cannot be held responsible for:

  • Lost parcels
  • Stolen parcels
  • Parcels damaged during delivery

We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking and contacting Australia Post (for domestic orders) or Fedex (for international orders) directly if there are any issues.
